The Tin Barn
No rustic event venue would be complete without a barn. Ours is a relaxed indoor/outdoor space that’s just waiting for your special touches!
Open the three large garage doors to let the Colorado breezes come in off the mountains and open up those timeless views. Inside, 3,200 square feet of event space give you and your guests plenty of room to dine, dance, and have a great time.
The Tin Barn has lots of plugs and plenty of juice for your lighting, music, slideshows, or any other audio/visual touches you’d like to add.

Honoring a special someone? Birthday girl? Bride-to-be? Grandma’s 50th anniversary? Give her the VIP treatment with makeup provided by Pearl Snap co-owner Shaye Snyder. Airbrush makeup, natural looks, etc. Shaye can do it all!

Yes! Either Brooke or Shaye Snyder will be present. If you add day-of coordinator services to your rental, Brooke will help you manage your timeline and keep your event running smoothly!

That’s up to you. Depending on your event layout, the caterers could be inside the Tin Barn, or there’s plenty of space outside. They could set up behind the barn, or you could set up a special food tent.

Yes! A list will be provided upon booking for caterers, photographers, bartending, bakers, florists, decorators, hotels, and more.

One of the benefits of being on such a large property? Our closest neighbors are really far away. So no need to worry about noise.

Pearl Snap Events will set up your tables and chairs before the event, and take them down after. If you need chairs to move during the event, that will be the client’s responsibility.

Pearl Snap Events does not have restrooms, but we can recommend vendors to provide mobile restrooms for your event.
