THE VERANDA
For ceremonies of up to 100 guests
The pristine lawn of The Veranda is our most popular ceremony site. Mature rose bushes brighten up the scene, while sprawling fields and the Book Cliff Mountains beyond create a stunning backdrop to your vows. Perfect for weddings of 140 guests!
RIVERSIDE WITH EVELYN
For ceremonies of 165 guests
There’s nothing quite like golden hour over the water, as the setting sun sparkles and the trees on the riverbank glow amber. Our Riverside ceremony site is perfect for weddings of all sizes, with space for up to 175 guests.
LAKE VIEW
For ceremonies of up to 145 guests
Couples looking for unspoiled wilderness will love our Lake View site. On the banks of a small lake, this pastoral spot is a natural haven of native grasses and wildflowers. Seat up to 100 guests in this peaceful setting!

What’s a western wedding venue without the barn? The Tin Barn at Pearl Snap Events is rustic and welcoming, with 3,200 square feet of space for your reception. Three overhead doors open wide to let in gorgeous vistas and cool breezes, so you can sway to your first dance as a married pair in view of the mountains.

Mountain views can come with an unscalable price tag. Not at Pearl Snap Events. Our Colorado wedding venue is priced to be accessible. We want our couples to start their lives together in joy and peace, not financial stress. That’s why we’ve deliberately kept our wedding venue affordable.
All Pearl Snap wedding rentals include:
Exclusive access to the venue for your wedding including the day before and the day after. So no need to stress! You’ll have plenty of time for setup and cleanup.

Access to The Tin Barn for receptions
Tables and chairs for up to 175 guests
Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs before and after your wedding (does not include moving chairs between ceremony and reception)

A Wedding Weekend Adventure
Located an hour from Grand Junction and three hours from Denver, our hometown of Silt, Colorado is an easy escape for you and your guests. Friends and family can go hog wild with white water rafting or angling in the summer, downhill skiing or snowboarding in winter.

Yes! Either Brooke or Shaye Snyder will be present. If you add our day-of coordinator or full event coordination services to your wedding rental, Brooke will help you manage your timeline and keep your event running smoothly!

That’s up to you. Depending on your event layout, the caterers could be inside the Tin Barn, or there’s plenty of space outside. Food trucks are also welcome!

Yes! We have recommendations for caterers, photographers, bartending, bakers, florists, decorators, hotels, and more. A list will be provided upon booking.

Yes! We have a getting-ready space in the log cabin onsite. It’s usually snatched up by the bride and bridesmaids. ;-)

One of the benefits of being on such a large property? Our closest neighbors are really far away. So no need to worry about noise.

Pearl Snap Events will set up your tables and chairs before the ceremony, and take them down after the wedding ends. If you need chairs to move during the event, that will be the client’s responsibility.

Pearl Snap Events does not have restrooms, but we can recommend vendors to provide mobile restrooms for your event.
